Portfolio Platinum (standard / one page website)

Features Artist Directory Page
  • Name.
  • Address.
  • Email Address (contact form).
  • A Web Log (optional)
  • A Twitter Page (optional)
  • Website Address.
  • Your favorite websites (7).
  • Representing Galleries (7).
  • A link to your Exhibition Calendar, only if you added information to it.
  • An artist statement.
  • A maximum of seven images (incl. title and e-card facility).
  • It is possible for the visitors to leave a comment on your Artist Directory page.

Further

  • You can make your own color lay-outs.
  • You can change the content as often you think is necessary.
  • You will be added to the Artists Directory after you have uploaded at least one image, the first image, to the server, this to prevent empty pages.
  • You can add a maximum of seven announcement for an upcoming exhibition in the Exhibition Diary.

Features Portfolios
  • You can choose between six different portfolios, these are divided in two groups; the standard portfolio and the one page portfolio, each group has three versions, Platinum, Gold and Silver. These versions have largely the same features in both groups.
  • Portfolio Platinum
    The Portfolio Platinum is the most extended portfolio with many features (additional information page, newsletter facility, comments service, 5 gallery pages, 2 video pages, a web log and extended lay-out possibilities).
  • Portfolio Gold
    For those who are not interested or getting confused of all these features, we made the Portfolio Gold.
  • Portfolio Silver
    The Portfolio Silver has only one gallery page, the Gallery Index.

You will have full control over your portfolio website, you can upgrade and downgrade as you wish (without losing information) and you can unsubscribe from our services, unsubscribing means that all information, including the images, will be deleted.

To get an idea how the edit pages look like, visit the Edit example pages of the Platinum Portfolio.

It is also possible to use your own domain name, something like http://www.your_name.com and the content being the Artvibrations Portfolio. The portfolio link in the Artist and Portfolio Directory will be to http://www.your_name.com/artvibrations.html or http://www.your_name.com/index.html. (You will have to take care of the web hosting and domain name registration yourself.)

Clicking "Example" will open an example of the concerning Portfolio in which all possibilities are activated (the example of the Portfolio Gold would be the same as the one of the Portfolio Platinum, without the extra possibilities).

Gallery Index Page
  On the Gallery Index page are all images displayed of all Gallery Pages and  Artist Directory.
 E-card
 One can choose between a random e-card link at the top and bottom of every gallery page or an e-card of every displayed image.

  • The web site will contain:
    • Under Construction Page.
       The Under Construction Page will be displayed automatically.
      You can de-activate the Under Construction Page facility on the Home Page Edit form.
      In case the Under Construction Page facility is activated your website will not be listed in the Artists/Portfolio Directory.
    • The Home Page.
      The Home Page displays an Artvibrations logo image which you can replace with an image of your own.
      Below the navigation bar there will be a modest counter/visitor statistics.
    • 5 Gallery pages
      Each gallery can contain 21 images/videos stills,
      One can choose between two image formats:
      - an image of 150 pixels high (maximum width 300 pixels), clicking on the image will open a popup window,  with the image 500 pixels high (maximum width 750 pixels)
      - an image of 250 pixels high (maximum width 400 pixels), clicking on the image will open a popup window, with the image 500 pixels high (maximum width 750 pixels)
      One can choose between sending an e-card from every image or displaying a "Random e-card" link at the top and the bottom of every gallery page.
      One can also display a video still (180 x 150 pixels) instead of an image, clicking the video still will open the You Tube video screen (425 x 355 pixels)
      (to display video's on your website you first will have to make a You Tube account).
      One can play a slideshow of the concerning gallery.
      (the one page portfolio will have only one image size; an image of 120 pixels high and one can not play a slideshow of each gallery but only a slideshow of all images of your website)
    • The Gallery Index Page.
      On this page are displayed all images and one can open a slideshow page.
    • 2 Video Pages(optional).
       One can choose from two options, or use them both:
      - a video page with the You Tube video screen (425 x 355 pixels) with an all-related-videos link,
      - a video gallery page with a maximum of 21 video stills (160 x 120 pixels), clicking the video still will open the You Tube video screen (425 x 355 pixels)
      (to display video's on your website you first will have to make an You Tube account).
    • Text Page (optional).
      On this page you can display a maximum of 10 texts, this can be essays, poetry, short stories etc.
      To separate the different texts you can display an image (banner?).
    • The Information Page.
      This page will contain an image (optional), address (optional), the Representing Galleries (from the Artist Directory) and an Artist Statement.
      At the bottom of this page is the possibility for the visitors to post a comment. The Comment Administration (edit, answer, remove) is on the Portfolio Edit Page.
      (on the one page portfolio the possibility to post a comment will not be located on the Information Page. clicking the "Posting a comment" link will open a new page)
    • The Additional Information Page( optional).
      A page for additional information, for instance Ciruculum Vitea.
    • The Newsletter Page (optional).
      On this page the last send newsletter will be displayed and there will be the possibility for visitors to subscribe/unsubscribe to your newsletter.
    • The Exhibition Calendar Result Page. 
      In case you added an announcement for an exhibition to the Exhibitions Calendar a link to the Exhibitions Calendar will automatically be displayed on the navigation bar.
    • A Links Page.
      On this page is a list with links (a maximum of 20 links; image, title and short description), to websites worth visiting.
      At the top of this list are also displayed the website's/links you display on the Artist Directory Page
    • A Contact Form.
      Clicking the Contact link will open a contact form in a new window.
      (on the one page portfolio clicking Contact will open a new page)
    • A Web Log (optional).
      In the web log you can publish your daily reflections and you can display a maximum of 7 images every day.
      You can give friends or all visitors of your website the permission to participate.
      The web log administration is only accessible to you.
      In case you already have a weblog, you can display a link to this weblog on the navigation bar of your portfolio website.
    • Twitter (optional).
      On this page the last 10 tweets will be displayed.
